La Passata “Notturna”

The “Notturna” puree, obtained from the “Fiaschetto” tomato harvested at night and immediately sent for processing. The process is artisanal, with low processing temperatures and without adding additives. A pinch of salt and it is immediately ready to be enjoyed in its fullness and intensity.
