A special puree from Apulian tomatoes of the “Fiaschetto” variety
The traditional puree is obtained from Apulian tomatoes of the San Marzano variety. The tomatoes are picked by hand with the stage technique, i.e. selecting those most exposed to the sun, brought to the right ripeness and processed as soon as they are picked. Result: flavor and nutritional properties remain intact. With a pinch of salt and a little basil, our simple and tasty “juice” of fresh, sweet and delicate tomato is born, ideal for all palates.
